Join us as Maria Heaton and Ellen Banks share their wisdom on this very important topic.

This webinar will touch on:

  • Group Homes - What is a Group Home? Who is eligible to live in one? Who works in them? How' does a person’s funding work in Group Home work?

  • Medications in Group Homes - What medications can Group Home staff manage? Best strategies for managing opioids in this setting.

  • Advance Care Planning.

  • End-of-Life - How to manage deterioration in Group Home residents. How to prepare residents, families and staff.

  • Top Tips for collaborating with staff in Group Home facilities.

  • and more.

This is a really important conversation, and we highly recommend registering to attend. We know that things can happen, and you may not be able to attend on the day - that’s ok as the sessions are recorded, and we will email you when they’re live on PCNA’s YouTube channel.
